Moisture Balance Toner

A fragrance-free toner that offers intense moisturize and a good choice for skin that is dehydrated from using active products or dealing with harsh weather. 

Recommended for:

Appropriate for skin prone to all types of acne or non-acneic skin.

Directions for use: 

Apply with a cotton round pad or a 2 x 2 gauze square pad over entire face. Let dry.
